¶ Directorate Command and Strategic Command
Insignia of DIRCOM & STRATCOM
DIRCOM and STRATCOM form the highest levels of governance within the Department of Esoteric and Thaumaturgical Research. Together they establish absolute authority, judicial oversight, and operational coherence across all directorates and facilities.
¶ Directorate Command (DIRCOM)
DIRCOM represents the apex of authority within the Department. It is composed of two distinct organs that define sovereign governance.

Office of the Director General (ODG):
Holds absolute authority over the Department. Decisions, operations, and directives are bound to this office. -
Security Council (SC):
Chaired by its own Chairperson. The only body not formally bound to the ODG, subjects the ODG to veto. Acts as an advisory and balancing organ.
¶ Strategic Command (STRATCOM)
STRATCOM functions directly beneath DIRCOM as the operational brain of the Department. It translates executive authority into policy, procedure, and applied directive.

Operational Chiefs:
Heads of all directorates with Class A authority over their divisions. Define daily functions of the Department. -
United States Federal Special Court (USFSC):
Judicial organ unique to the Department. Serves as the supreme court for internal matters, disputes, and compliance.
